Qualifications

• 2+ years of Talent Acquisition Operations experience.
• Experience on TA Operations projects (process improvement, system implementations, or workflow optimization).
• Experience with Workday ATS support, workflows, and troubleshooting in TA.
• Able to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues for TA in fast-paced settings.
• Experience with UAT, system testing, and release coordination.
• Strong documentation and process-mapping skills.
• Analytical mindset translating data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to align work hours with North American time zones, including ET overlap.
