Dragos is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead a global recruiting team and partner with business and talent functions to identify, attract, assess, and hire top talent. This role will be a player-coach across Go To Market and G&A teams, driving strategic hiring initiatives on a global scale from a remote-first base.

You will guide 3+ TA partners, work with brand, compensation, and people teams, and continuously improve processes with AI tools to enhance efficiency and candidate

Qualificações

• 7+ years of recruiting experience (2+ years with a sales focus).
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of high performing recruiters.
• Data-driven approach guided by quality of hire, stakeholder partnership, and candidate experience.
• Experience in a SAAS environment.
• AI exposure and curiosity to try new approaches.
• Strong partnership and relationship building rooted in trust and delivery.
• Exceptional problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Experience sourcing in cybersecurity, OT/ICS, industrial technology, or a deeply specialized technical market.

Responsabilidades

• Inspire and develop a team of 3+ Talent Acquisition partners to hit hiring goals with quality of hire as a priority.
• Translate annual hiring plans into quarterly operating plans and capacity models.
• Grow understanding of the Go To Market business line and the competitive environment.
• Collaborate with Employment Brand, Compensation and People partners on go-forward strategies.
• Champion global recruiting process improvements for scalability and efficiency.
• Maintain a req load based on business priority and team capacity.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve recruiting effectiveness and candidate engagement.
