Job summary

Dragos, a global OT cybersecurity leader, is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to shape hiring for GTM and G&A functions. You will act as a player-coach, guiding a team of 3+ partners to attract top talent and meet ambitious hiring goals.

In this remote-first role, you will partner with stakeholders to translate hiring plans into quarterly operating plans and champion process improvements, leveraging AI tools to accelerate sourcing and selection across North America, Europe, and beyond.
