Avantor is seeking a senior leader to own the global talent acquisition function, including strategy, operating model, and executive recruitment for VP and above roles. You will lead a global TA team, align with ELT, and drive performance through metrics and strategic partnerships across regions and business units.

You will also oversee TA operations, assess and improve hiring processes, and shape the talent pipeline to support Revival and enterprise transformation.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition and executive search.
• 5+ years leading VP-level and multi-region TA teams.
• Proven ability to define and manage TA metrics and data-driven improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Set the global TA strategy and operating model across regions.
• Lead TA leaders, coach teams, and develop succession plans.
• Define and monitor a TA scorecard with key metrics (speed, quality, cost).
• Oversee TA operations and ATS/Candidate CRM; drive AI adoption responsibly.
• Lead executive searches for VP and above globally.
