Based at our Fairport site, you will build strategic pipelines, advance employer branding, and translate business goals into proactive hiring plans, partnering with HR and leaders to attract top commercial and technical talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in talent acquisition or applicable HR experience within a global organization.
• Proven ability to independently lead recruitment initiatives and align with organizational goals.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, AI-enabled sourcing and building proactive candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic recruitment leadership by developing and driving initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Advanced Sourcing Strategy: design and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent.
• Candidate Assessment: screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess skills for roles.
• Communication/Collaboration: communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers and collaborate with them to understand needs.
• Strategic Talent Pipelining: develop and manage strategic talent pools for critical roles.
• Employer Branding Innovation: champion employer branding initiatives to attract top commercial talent.
• Data-Driven Approach: analyze recruitment data to identify trends and influence strategy.
• High-Level Stakeholder Management: advise leaders on talent supply-demand and salary benchmarking.
• New Hire Transition: ensure smooth onboarding and drive retention initiatives.
