Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking an experienced Executive Talent Acquisition Manager to own the global executive recruiting process and operating model. This highly visible role will set global strategy, standards, governance, and ways of working across regions.

The role will directly execute Director, Senior Director, and Vice President level searches across the Americas while providing global process leadership and serving as the lead for Talent Acquisition partners supporting executive hiring in EMEA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with significant executive recruiting responsibility.
• Experience leading through influence across regions or as a global process lead.
• Proven success recruiting Director, Senior Director, VP, and other executive-level positions with hands-on search execution.
• Experience building, implementing, and driving adoption of global recruiting processes, frameworks, governance, and programs.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to advise, engage, and influence senior leaders and regional Talent Acquisition partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end global executive recruiting process and operating model.
• Lead regional recruiters across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Develop and execute global executive recruiting strategies that identify and attract top leadership talent.
• Serve as the central global point of contact for executive recruiting strategy, process, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
• Build a scalable global recruiting framework and operating model for UL Solutions.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders, HR, Compensation, Talent stakeholders to define needs and market strategies.
