tms is seeking a Global Director of Talent Acquisition in Chicago, IL, to lead a worldwide TA function with a hybrid work model. You will build a strategic roadmap, optimize processes, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience across geographies.

You will oversee a high-performing team, partner with executives, and drive data-informed decisions while modernizing recruiting across disciplines and markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with leadership
• Experience in global, matrixed, fast-paced orgs
• Experience leading TA transformation and tech implementations
