Job summary

Univers is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Lead to steer recruitment strategy across North America, Europe, and Asia. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, campus programs, and employer branding enhancements.

You will partner with senior leaders, build global pipelines for software, data, and product roles, and mentor a TA team while ensuring a superb candidate experience across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience with regional/global scope.
• Experience recruiting across multiple regions including North America, Europe, and Asia.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions and functions.
• Develop and execute campus recruitment and early-career strategies.
• Drive employer branding and campus engagement initiatives.
• Coach and develop junior recruiters and capability within the TA team.
• Monitor recruitment analytics and governance across jurisdictions.
