Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - Global Technology Solutions to lead recruiting for GTS, report to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, and manage a geographically dispersed team of recruiters.

This role focuses on critical Director-level and above technology searches, ensuring quality, speed and consistency in hiring. You will bring deep technical recruiting expertise, advise leaders, coordinate with HRBPs, and build capability in technical recruiting and talent

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including 5+ years in technology recruiting.
• Deep recruiter-level technical fluency across software engineering, data/AI, cybersecurity and cloud.
• 3+ years leading recruiting teams with measurable outcomes.
• Experience influencing hiring decisions with data and market insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop GTS recruiters; set priorities and performance expectations.
• Build recruiter capability as talent advisors, including sourcing strategy and market insights.
• Advise leaders on search approach and market compensation when roles are challenging.
• Own the most critical Director-level and above GTS searches with high-quality execution.
• Bring technical depth across GTS disciplines and design technical interview processes.
• Apply Search Fundamentals and maintain Workday data accuracy.
• Lead technical sourcing and market strategy for hard-to-fill skills and nontraditional backgrounds.
