Job summary

Omni is building its HR infrastructure to shape talent acquisition for a global workforce. The Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead TA design, technology, and vendor strategy, overseeing ATS, sourcing, branding, and workflows across regions.

You will partner with the VP, HR to deliver scalable TA solutions, hire across corporate, manufacturing, and international functions, and mentor recruiters as volume grows. Hybrid work model supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting selection or implementation of ATS and other recruiting technology.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries/regions (U.S. required; Brazil, India, and/or EMEA a plus).
• Vendor management experience, including RPO, staffing agencies, or recruiting technology providers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with autonomy and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement recruiting workflows, policies, interview processes, and candidate experience standards for a global, multi-country organization.
• Partner with HR leadership to evaluate and implement TA technology and tools.
• Contribute to a buy vs. build framework for recruiting services and tools.
• Help establish compliant, standardized hiring processes across regions.
• Own hiring targets across corporate, manufacturing, sales, and international functions.
