74Software, affiliated with Axway and SBS, seeks a Global Talent Acquisition Partner to attract and hire talent worldwide. Based in Scottsdale, AZ, with openness to US remote candidates, you will partner with leaders across regions to drive inclusive hiring and a strong employer brand.

You will help manage the full lifecycle and align recruiting strategies with business goals. You will engage with a global TA CoE, leverage ATS tools, and navigate time-zone challenges while contributing to growth

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years global scope.
• Experience recruiting for software, FinTech, SaaS or tech sectors.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organization.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusive hiring practices.
• Experience recruiting in North America and across EMEA; English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
• Source and attract diverse candidates globally through outreach and market research.
• Coordinate recruitment across regions and time zones in alignment with business goals.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define needs and recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience and reflect company culture.
• Stay current on market trends and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
• Collaborate within the global TA team on CoE initiatives.
