Job summary

Allegis Group Services, Inc. is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Leader, North America & EMEA, to shape recruiting strategy and lead regional TA teams across two major regions.

You will translate business priorities into talent strategies, partner with senior leaders, and drive data-informed decisions to improve delivery and outcomes. You will collaborate with HR and technology partners to align processes, governance, and capability building, ensuring the right talent to support future

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in multi-team, multi-region environments.
• Experience managing leaders, allocating resources, and delivering multi-year objectives.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting, workforce planning, sourcing, internal mobility, and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms, recruiting analytics, data governance, automation, and responsible AI applications.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones with sustainable operating practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition delivery across North America and EMEA through regional managers and team leads with accountability for service, capacity, quality, and stakeholder commitments.
• Translate global TA priorities into regional operating plans, milestones, and performance expectations.
• Coach and develop subordinate leaders, clarify decision rights, support succession planning, and hold teams accountable for long-term objectives.
• Monitor hiring demand, aging requisitions, delivery risks, candidate experience, and workforce capacity; adjust plans as needed.
• Establish operating cadence for outcomes, risks, capacity, data quality, root causes, and corrective actions.
