Appian is scaling its global talent acquisition operation to hire world-class talent across engineering, sales, and corporate functions. This role leads the transformation of our TA infrastructure, driving structured assessments, governance, and automation to accelerate hiring quality at speed.

You will partner with the Global Head of TA, build scalable workflows, optimize the tech stack (Greenhouse, reporting), and coach a high-performing TA team in a fast-growing AI-powered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 12+ years in product/operations leadership, 5+ in HR/TA.
• Experience designing structured assessment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement a structured assessment framework to standardize candidate evaluation.
• Collaborate with Global Head of TA to drive strategic initiatives and reliable execution.
• Develop SOPs, conduct data audits, and govern processes for consistency.
• Modernize recruiting tech: Greenhouse, automation, reporting, integrations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing TA operations team.
