Astreya is seeking a System Administrator to support a global building management and physical security operations environment. You will monitor tickets, manage systems and networks, document outages, and coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve issues around the clock, ensuring service continuity.

The role requires a BS/BA and 2–5 years of related experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2–5 years of related experience.
• Ability to build productive internal and external relationships.
• Judgment within defined procedures to determine action.

Aufgaben

• Monitor ticket queue and IM channels.
• Manage systems and infrastructure.
• Record metadata for tickets in internal tools (CTI, outage resolution time, transcripts, postmortems).
• Resolve troubleshooting tickets with internal and third-party teams.
