Job summary

Astreya is seeking an experienced professional to support a 24x7 data center operations and incident response program in Austin. You will help manage critical incidents, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure rapid triage, containment, and root-cause analysis under strict SLAs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of incident response in data center environments, strong written and verbal communication, and familiarity with SOC2/HIPAA/NIST standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing data center enterprise incidents (facility/NOC/SOC).
• Associate’s degree in IT or equivalent; 0–2 years IT or Security Ops.
• Bachelor’s in Information Systems or Computer Science; 2–4 years SOC/IR.
• 3–5 years incident-response experience in data center environment.
