Astreya in Austin, TX is seeking an Incident Response Analyst I to join our 24x7 operations team. You will monitor, triage, and respond to data center incidents, coordinating with vendors under tight SLAs and following EOPs and MOPs.

Candidates should have 2+ years in a command center or IT operations, experience with UPS/PDUs, cooling systems, BMS/DCIM tools, and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.

Formación

• Experience in managing Data center incidents (facility, noc, soc).
• 2-5 years in IT Ops.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science with 2-5 years SOC/IR experience.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to 24x7 incidents in a data center environment.
• Triage real-time alerts and coordinate with vendors under tight SLAs.
• Follow Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs) and Method of Procedure (MOP) documents.
• Coordinate with external delivery vendors as needed.
