Job summary

Astreya is seeking an Incident Response Analyst to detect, analyze, and respond to infrastructure incidents across enterprise environments. This role acts as the first responder in a 24x7 operations center and coordinates with appropriate teams based on alert type.

The candidate will investigate alerts, follow EOPs and MOPs, and assist in maintaining documentation while working with vendors under tight SLAs to ensure rapid incident containment and resolution.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in IT Ops or data center environments.
• Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science with relevant SOC/IR exposure.

Responsibilities

• Investigates alerts and acts as first responder in a 24x7 environment.
• Detects, analyzes, and responds to infrastructure incidents across enterprise environments.
• Engages appropriate teams depending on alert type and follows Emergency Operating Procedures.
• Maintains and references SOP/MOP documents and supports vendor coordination within tight SLAs.
