Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, and sustain training for Medidata and Certinia across global clinical and enterprise platforms. You will translate complex workflows into clear, role-based learning experiences, partnering with IT, EPMO, Clinical Systems, Finance and business leaders to meet go-live timelines and adoption goals.

Qualifications

• Strong instructional design, facilitation, systems-training, consulting and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate complex clinical, financial and operational requirements into learning experiences.
• Experience with regulated or validated systems training (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) and LMS publishing.
• Experience supporting global rollouts, releases and sustainment of enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with Medidata and Certinia ecosystems, CTMS, CDS, EDC, eTMF/RCM, ePRO/eCOA and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and upgrades.
• Own the training approach in partnership with stakeholders to align with go-live timelines.
• Define audiences, objectives, content readiness and approvals with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain role-based learning journeys, job aids, eLearning and workshops.
• Deliver global end-user training and train-the-trainer sessions across platforms.
• Collaborate with LMS and learning operations to ensure assets are published and tracked.
