Job summary

Confidential is seeking a seasoned Learning & Development leader to independently deliver global training across regions and levels. You will design, translate and deploy instructor-led, virtual and blended sessions, with launch support and train-the-trainer programs.

You will partner with global and regional leaders to align curricula with audience needs, platform releases and readiness priorities, while coaching teams and maintaining governance, analytics and content quality across markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in learning and development, enablement, or related fields.
• Experience leading instructor-led, virtual and blended training for enterprise tech.
• Experience coaching or mentoring employees or distributed resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality global training delivery, including ILT, virtual and workshops.
• Translate global strategy into regional delivery plans aligned to needs and launches.
• Adapt content for regional relevance while preserving global outcomes and governance.
• Partner with senior leaders supporting adoption of proprietary media technology.
• Provide planning and execution support for global trainings and readiness.
• Coach and mentor LMS admins and facilitators across markets.
• Coordinate with regional specialists on logistics, scheduling, and reporting.
