Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Global Organizational Learning & Development Coordinator to oversee training logistics, calendars, communications, rosters, and follow‑ups. You will ensure GOLD programs are scheduled, delivered, tracked, and closed with consistency and a strong learner experience across global audiences.

You’ll partner with organizational learning advisors, instructional designers, LMS operations, People Partners, SMEs, facilitators, and stakeholders to keep training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Communications, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in training coordination or learning operations.
• Experience with LMS administration, course rosters, and completion reporting is preferred.
• Experience coordinating training programs, HR programs, or regulated training environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics for GOLD-led training sessions (virtual, hybrid, in-person).
• Coordinate facilitator availability, participant communications, and pre/post‑work.
• Manage program rosters, waitlists, registrations, and regional scheduling.
• Prepare materials, facilitator guides, and learner resources in advance.
• Maintain the GOLD enterprise training calendar with partners and stakeholders.
• Identify calendar conflicts and sequencing dependencies before sessions.
