MarketStar in Ogden, Utah, seeks a Senior Vice President of Sales Operations and Enablement to drive global productivity, revenue performance, and workforce effectiveness. You will oversee Sales Operations, Revenue Enablement, Analytics, Tech, and Processes to scale growth.

As a member of the executive team, you will partner with Sales, Finance, Technology, Marketing, and Operations to develop scalable strategies, implement performance frameworks, and advance program effectiveness across regions

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Sales Operations or related functions.
• Experience leading global sales operations and enablement in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global Operations, Analytics, and Enablement strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Partner with executives to improve seller productivity and operational performance.
• Establish scalable operating frameworks across regions and client programs.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives focused on process optimization and scalability.
• Oversee onboarding, sales training, coaching, and enablement strategies.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and implement programs.
