Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Operations, Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Enablement, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global Operations, Analytics, and Enablement strategy aligned with objectives and growth.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives focused on process optimization and scalability.
• Oversee onboarding, sales training, coaching, and enablement strategies to accelerate seller readiness.
• Lead business intelligence, analytics, and executive reporting including KPI frameworks.
• Partner with client-facing leadership to understand objectives and performance expectations.
