This role drives operational excellence across sales, marketing and customer success, and leads a data-centric approach to revenue optimization.

You will own territory planning, capacity, and technology strategy to accelerate growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in sales/marketing/CS operations.
• Proven track record scaling Revenue Ops in SaaS.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership with GTM and finance partners.
• Optimize revenue processes: lead/pipeline, territory planning, compensation.
• Plan territories with install base and whitespace growth.
• Ensure capacity planning aligns with growth opportunities.
• Oversee Revenue tech stack and data integrity.
• Analyze data to forecast, set KPIs, and report results.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing revenue ops team.
• Align sales, marketing, CS, and partnerships.
• Collaborate on revenue forecasts and budgets with leadership.
