Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Internships or academic projects touching finance or data are a plus.
• Genuine curiosity about banking, regulation, and risk; training provided.
• Strong analytical mindset with numbers and structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Learn regulatory reporting and risk solutions with a structured training plan and buddy.
• Handle first-level client questions and escalate as needed.
• Investigate discrepancies in regulatory calculations under guidance from experienced specialists.
• Progress to troubleshooting business rules and configuration as knowledge develops with hands-on practice.
• Read logs, perform basic SQL queries, and collaborate with technical teams on issue resolution.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and client-facing documentation.
