Target Corp. is seeking a Manager, Global Supply Planning Operations to lead cross-functional projects that advance GSP’s objectives. You will translate business needs into executable plans, mobilize teams across Planning, Sourcing, Technology, and Data, and ensure measurable outcomes.

You will manage governance, risk, and stakeholder communications while driving process improvements and standardized operating models for enterprise-wide supply planning excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4–7 years of experience in project/program management, supply chain, operations, or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from definition through implementation.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Comfort working with data to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.
• Experience with reporting, BI platforms, and planning systems is beneficial.
