Spellman, a family-owned electronics leader, seeks a Director of Global Planning to lead a ~100-person global supply chain. You will own end-to-end planning, drive ERP modernization, and align planning across manufacturing sites worldwide for improved visibility and performance.

You will shape a globally integrated operating model, develop leaders, and partner across functions to deliver strategic supply chain excellence in a fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global supply chain, uniting planning, procurement, inventory, and execution.
• Stabilize, transform operations, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Oversee ERP modernization, define requirements, and guide disciplined implementation.
• Establish world-class master planning, scheduling, and inventory strategy.
• Build a connected operating model across dispersed teams and sites.
