Job summary

Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation seeks a Vice President of Supply Chain Planning to lead a transformational, multi-site planning organization. You will own enterprise planning strategy across demand, supply, production, material planning, inventory optimization, capacity, and S&OP.

Reporting to the CSCO, you will establish common processes, KPIs, and governance, drive EBITDA improvements, and partner with executives to translate growth into actionable supply chain initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 15+ years of progressive supply chain experience.
• Experience leading a large planning organization across multiple sites.
• Strong experience with S&OP/IBP and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year supply chain planning transformation roadmap.
• Establish enterprise S&OP/IBP across Commercial, Operations, and Finance.
• Lead demand planning and forecasting processes for the enterprise.
• Optimize inventory and working capital across the network.
• Partner with executives to translate growth objectives into supply chain requirements.
• Build standardized planning processes and KPIs across sites.
