Job summary

Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation seeks a Director of Global Planning to lead demand and production planning, inventory control, and material planning across multiple sites. You will steer the SIOP strategy, drive Lean initiatives, and mentor senior planners to deliver world-class planning excellence.

You will build and refine forecasting models, KPI metrics, and ERP planning maturity while collaborating with Operations and IT to meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related quantitative discipline.
• Extensive experience in LEAN manufacturing with pull-based demand planning.
• 10+ years in Supply Chain; 5+ years leading ERP planning teams across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership, mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead global SIOP and Operations strategy and execution.
• Improve planning processes for raw materials, finished goods, and subassemblies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory and allocation with goals.
• Forecast resource needs, analyze trends and schedule constraints; build KPIs for scheduling.
