Job summary

HP, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Planning to oversee supply chain and operations for multiple complex product lines.

You will guide a team of senior-level professionals and managers, providing leadership and performance evaluations to drive alignment with HP objectives. You will shape demand-supply strategies, influence cross-functional decisions, and deliver initiatives that improve inventory, cost, and service levels on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Typically 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience in supply chain/operations.
• PMP or CPSM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supply and demand activities for multiple, complex product lines ensuring performance targets meet business needs.
• Lead a team of senior-level exempt contributors and managers; provide guidance and performance evaluations.
• Ensure delivery of products and services meeting senior management metrics; design performance measurement processes.
