Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Supply Planning Transformation Lead to drive the Future Focused Planning program across a cluster of manufacturing sites.

The role leads a team of Transformation Specialists, ensures adoption of the Target Operating Model (TOM), and reports progress to program leadership. The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in supply planning or S&OP, with a proven track record in large-scale deployments and change management in a global manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 8–12 years in supply chain planning at senior levels; pharma experience preferred.
• Proven TOM deployment or large-scale transformation leadership.
• Experience leading cross-site teams and change management.
• Hands-on with SAP and Blue Yonder/JDA planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Supply Planning Transformation Specialists to deploy the program across sites.
• Oversee end-to-end deployment and ensure TOM adoption within timelines.
• Escalate risks and blockers; manage timelines and readiness.
• Engage site leadership and stakeholders to sustain alignment.
• Partner with project team to develop playbooks and blueprints.
