Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain Planning to build and own the demand planning for raw materials and components across a global network. You will translate signals from Finance and Operations into material requirements, tooling capacity needs, and inventory plans, while owning the S&OP process and executive-level recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in materials planning, demand planning, or supply planning, with 3+ years leading teams or managers.
• Experience owning raw material or component demand plans in manufacturing or assembly environments.
• Strong working knowledge of MRP logic and bill-of-material structures.
• Hands-on experience with S&OP or integrated business planning processes.
• Advanced analytics, modeling, and proficiency with Excel/Sheets; SQL and BI tools.
• Experience in high-growth environments building planning processes rather than inheriting them.

Responsibilities

• Own demand plan for all materials across global facility network.
• Translate signals into time-phased material requirements by part/site/horizon.
• Own monthly S&OP cycle and supply-side recommendations to senior leadership.
• Model ramp-ups, new product introductions, and facility launches for feasibility and cost.
• Identify and quantify supply-side constraints with options and clear recommendations.
• Own tooling capacity planning and investment pipeline, managing long lead times.
• Build business cases for tooling and material capacity investment; reduce single-source exposure.
• Own inventory strategy, safety stock policy, and governance across sites.
• Own master admin for IMS, WMS, and manufacturing planning systems.
• Own KPI framework and supplier scorecards; report on costs across lines.
