Job summary

NDS is seeking a Director of Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations to oversee daily operations, develop best-in-class processes, and lead a high-performing team focused on safety, quality, customer service, and continuous improvement. You will manage warehouse capacity, optimize labor and logistics costs, and drive lean and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years leading a distribution/warehouse organization.
Experience with Syspro, Oracle, D365, SAP, Excel, Power BI.
Bachelor or Master degree in SCM or Industrial Engineering.
Strong communication and decision-making skills.
Ability to coach and develop teams.

Responsibilities

Develops and executes global supply chain strategies to support growth.
Directs demand and material planning with analytics for aligned inventory across operations.
Leads international logistics for transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Manages distribution centers and warehouse operations.
Drives continuous process improvements to meet service metrics such as on-time shipping and accuracy.
Oversees department budget and executive stakeholder reporting.
Champions digital transformation including RFID and automation.
