Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in distribution, warehouse operations, and logistics.
• Experience with inventory control functions, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Proven ability to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, and operational performance.
• Experience using ERP and/or WMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution activities including receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and delivery.
• Improve workflow, space utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure staffing and scheduling aligns with business demands and goals.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable improvements.
• Establish KPIs and reporting for warehouse, inventory, safety, and transportation performance.
