• Ability to coach managers and frontline staff; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse and distribution operations within the facility.
• Drive safety, productivity, quality, and customer service performance.
• Manage labor planning, staffing, scheduling, and workforce efficiency.
• Maintain accountability for costs and KPIs.
• Coach, develop, and mentor supervisory staff.
• Ensure reporting on productivity, payroll, and safety metrics.
• Partner cross-functionally with transportation, HR, and customer service.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Foster a high-performance culture built on teamwork and accountability.
