Job summary

nVent seeks a Senior Director Lean Excellence to lead the enterprise Lean function, governance, and operating model across Integrated Supply Chain and related functions. You will set strategy, standards, and a deployment roadmap, while building a scalable organization design with clear roles and escalation processes.

You will coach senior leaders, drive Lean maturity, and connect strategy to frontline performance management, partnering across ISC and HR for sustainable capability development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 15+ years of leadership in manufacturing, supply chain, Lean, or operational excellence.
• Experience building enterprise operating systems and governance models.
• Proven success leading large-scale Lean transformations.
• Experience designing organization structures and capability-building programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Lean Function and operating model across ISC and related functions.
• Own enterprise Lean strategy, governance, standards, and deployment roadmap.
• Develop scalable Lean organization design with clear roles and decision rights.
• Coach senior leaders and Lean practitioners on Lean behaviors and daily management.
• Develop performance measurement and escalation processes for Lean execution.
