Job summary

nVent is seeking a Digital Program Manager to lead multi-year, international programs within the Integrated Supply Chain. This role sits in the Digital PMO and partners with Pillar Leads to define roadmaps, manage budgets, and drive value across the portfolio.

You will coach Product Owners, run PI planning, align backlogs with strategic priorities, and advance agile practices across dispersed teams while partnering with business and digital leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Digital and Scaled Agile leadership.
• 10+ years in Digital Program Management leading multi-functional projects.
• Experience with cost-benefit analysis and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define critical paths and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead PI Planning and release train events.
• Manage budgets and capital expenditure requests.
• Coach Product Owners and Scrum Leaders.
