Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) is seeking a Functional Analyst to partner with the global Supply Chain user community. This role focuses on analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering functional solutions across MXP, AMOS, AIM, and related systems.

The analyst will liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, ensure alignment with operational objectives, drive process improvements, and support UAT, testing, and deployments across shoreside

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, supply chain or related field.
Proven experience analyzing and documenting business requirements.
Experience supporting or implementing Supply Chain applications (MXP, AMOS, AIM).
Ability to coordinate with global stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

Provide functional support for Supply Chain applications across global shoreside and shipside operations.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
Translate requirements into functional specs and user stories for development teams.
Coordinate UAT, testing, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and drive improvements.
Lead change management and training for new ships, units, and enhancements.
Maintain up-to-date process documentation and data governance efforts.
