Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in maritime or large-scale projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Support technology projects for shipbuilding, drydocks, and vessel upgrades.
• Assist PMs with plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate across IT, shipyard, construction, engineering, procurement, vendors, and ship operations.
• Document and validate business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Track infrastructure readiness and construction dependencies.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and communications for leadership.
• Maintain project documentation and support change management.
