Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. in Miami is seeking a Functional Analyst for our Supply Chain systems. You will partner with stakeholders globally, translate business needs into functional specs, and support end-to-end system improvements across MXP, AMOS, AIM, and related platforms.

You will gather requirements, validate processes, assist with UAT, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring data integrity and adherence to SDLC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, SCM, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and supply chain processes.
• Experience coordinating testing, UAT, and end-user training.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Supply Chain applications serving global shoreside and shipside operations.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements; identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and user stories for development teams.
• Support solution design reviews, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Lead testing and QA activities; develop test scenarios and validation plans.
• Collaborate with users, IT teams, and vendors to resolve production issues.
• Lead change management and onboarding for new ships, units, and enhancements.
• Maintain and improve process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Promote data governance and ensure consistent application usage globally.
• Assist with upgrades, releases, and new system implementations.
