Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Functional Analyst for Supply Chain systems to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and drive system enhancements across MXP, AMOS, AIM, and related platforms.

You will liaise between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver solutions that improve efficiency and data integrity. The role covers testing, documentation, training, and change management across shoreside and shipside operations, with emphasis on end-to-end

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes and enterprise applications.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Experience coordinating testing activities and delivering end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Supply Chain applications serving a global user community across shoreside and shipside operations.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements; identify improvement opportunities and develop solution recommendations.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams with clear acceptance criteria.
• Support system enhancements by participating in design reviews, documenting processes, coordinating UAT, and ensuring adoption.
• Conduct functional testing and QA activities; develop test scenarios and validation plans.
• Collaborate with users, technical teams, and vendors to resolve production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Lead change management and onboarding for new ships, units, and enhancements; create training materials.
• Maintain and improve documentation including specs, SOPs, processes, and knowledge base articles.
• Support data governance and master data integrity across global Supply Chain systems.
• Assist with upgrades, releases, and new implementations; coordinate testing and post-implementation stabilization.
• Lead small to mid-sized initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
