Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH) is seeking a data-driven analyst to support the Hotel Operations team aboard our ships, focusing on Housekeeping, Guest Services, Laundry, Print Shop, and related hotel programs.

You will act as liaison with shipboard management, collect and analyze data, assist with budgets and capital purchases, track equipment and inventory, and help streamline workflows across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of cruise ship or hotel management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and data reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect data and produce reports on housekeeping, guest services, laundry, and hotel programs.
• Coordinate with shipboard departments to ensure systems and tools availability.
• Track budgets, expenditures, and capital purchases across vessels.
• Prepare and analyze purchase orders, inventory levels, and product specs.
• Support capital project submissions and supplier coordination.
• Maintain documentation and ensure data integrity across fleets.
