Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, SCM, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise applications in Supply Chain or related areas.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Experience coordinating UAT and system implementations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Supply Chain applications including MXP, AMOS, AIM, and related systems.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements; identify improvements and gaps.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and user stories for development teams.
• Coordinate UAT, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Lead small to mid-size functional initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Promote data integrity and process compliance across the global Supply Chain organization.
