Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH) is seeking a PMO Business Analyst to partner with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement and other functions to document capabilities and risks across initiatives. This role works with Project Managers to review end-to-end processes and ensure governance alignment across domains.

Reporting to the Sr. Director - Head of GTO CoE & Corporate Applications PMO, you will gather requirements, support design, testing, and project documentation across

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in business process design, requirements gathering, and translating business requirements for development using Agile or Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Document system requirements, including integration points and scope.
• Evaluate automation requests for feasibility, requirements, and impact.
• Facilitate meetings/workshops to elicit requirements from end users.
• Map existing processes with GTO team and design improvements.
• Analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities and present findings.
• Develop and execute test plans in support of system implementations and enhancements.
• Manage project documentation, scope, schedules, and priorities to ensure timely delivery.
