Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Operations to lead end-to-end supply chain activities including forecasting, material planning, warehousing, inventory, distribution, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills and experience with self-service BI reporting.
• Understanding of statistics, operations research and optimization of transportation networks.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong communication skills and effectively presents information to leaders, employees, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with leadership and business functions to drive operational activities and support business objectives.
• Evaluate performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
• Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation optimization and warehouse activities.
• Manage daily fulfillment of customer shipments through third party logistics providers.
• Coordinate with planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet order requirements and priorities for on-time delivery.
• Regularly evaluate efficiency of procedures and implement improvements.
• Own decisions and risk mitigators to manage competing priorities and monitor KPIs like OTD and MTTR.
• Manage relationships with external partners/vendors and develop end-to-end supply chain policies.
