Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a Manager of Operations to oversee the entire supply chain, including forecasting, material planning, warehousing, inventory, distribution and customer service.

The role emphasizes external supply chain operations as well as internal people leadership of operations specialists. You will manage relationships with suppliers and third-party providers, ensure on-time delivery, and lead cross-functional collaboration with planning, production, shipping and procurement

Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial engineering, Operations, Logistics or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years in Hardware Operations & Supply chain.
• 4+ years of leadership in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Excellent analytical skills with BI reporting experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including forecasting, material planning, warehousing, inventory, distribution and customer service.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors and 3PLs to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
• Drive operational performance by tracking OTD, MTTR and other KPIs; implement improvements.
• Coordinate planning, production, shipping and procurement to meet orders and optimize inventory.
• Develop policies for end-to-end supply chain processes and drive risk management.
