Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial engineering, Operations, Logistics or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Hardware Operations & Supply chain and at least 4 years of leadership in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with self-service BI reporting.
• Understanding of statistics, OR and transportation network optimization.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and effective communication to leaders and customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with leadership and business functions to drive operational activities and support objectives.
• Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations including transportation optimization and warehousing.
• Manage daily fulfillment of customer shipments with third-party logistics providers.
• Coordinate with planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet order requirements and prioritize for on-time delivery.
• Evaluate procedures for efficiency and implement improvements.
• Own decisions and mitigators to execute priorities and monitor KPIs (OTD, MTTR).
• Manage external partners/vendors and monitor agreements.
• Create end-to-end supply chain policies and procedures.
• Plan material flow to meet production requirements and optimize transport timelines.
• Collaborate with sales, order management, accounting, customer support, NPI, and quality.
• Lead end-to-end logistics for product life cycles and oversee environmental audits.
• Lead a team of operations specialists.
