Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Operations to oversee end-to-end supply chain activities including forecasting, material planning, warehousing, and distribution. You will manage external partners, drive on-time delivery, and lead a team of operations specialists to meet company objectives.

You will collaborate with product, sales, quality and engineering to optimize processes and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across global operations.

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial engineering, Operations, Logistics or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years’ hardware operations and supply chain experience; 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Excellent analytical skills; experience with self-service BI reporting.
• Understanding of statistics, operations research, and optimization of transportation networks.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Flexible hours to support a global operations organization.
• Background screening including employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS verification, credit and drug screening where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain operations including forecasting, material planning, warehousing, inventory, distribution, and customer service.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors and third-party service providers.
• Oversee order cycle and ensure sustainable operations and customer satisfaction.
• Drive performance with KPIs like OTD and MTTR, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet orders and optimize inventory.
• Develop end-to-end supply chain policies and risk management programs.
• Collaborate with sales, order management, accounting, quality, and NPI teams to integrate logistics.
• Lead a team of operations specialists and provide internal leadership.
