Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial engineering, Operations, Logistics or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Hardware Operations & Supply chain with at least 4 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Excellent analytical skills, experience with self-service BI reporting.
• Understanding of statistics, operation research and optimization of transportation networks.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong communication skills and effectively presents information to leaders, employees, and customers.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with leadership to drive operational activities.
• Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
• Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation optimization, warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.
• Manage the daily fulfillment of customer shipments with Verint’s third party logistics providers.
• Coordinate and communicate with planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet order requirements and set priorities to achieve on-time delivery and maximize inventory.
• Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures and identify improvements.
• Own decisions and risks to execute on competing priorities and monitor KPIs like OTD and MTTR.
• Manage relationships and monitor agreements with external partners/vendors.
• Create policies or procedures for end-to-end supply chain activities.
• Plan and implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements.
• Analyze all aspects of corporate logistics for cost-effective transportation objectives.
• Implement customer-specific reporting or transportation metrics.
• Monitor import/export processes for compliance.
• Negotiate transportation rates/services.
