Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a Manager, Operations to lead end-to-end supply chain activities, interfacing with procurement, sales, support, quality, and engineering. You will oversee forecasting, material planning, warehousing, inventory, distribution, and customer service while guiding a team of operations specialists.

You’ll drive performance through KPIs like on-time delivery and MTTR, negotiate with suppliers, and align logistics with sales and product goals in a global organization.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial engineering, Operations, Logistics or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Hardware Operations & Supply chain.
• At least 4 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with self-service BI reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with leadership and business functions to drive operational activities and support objectives.
• Evaluate performance by gathering and interpreting data and metrics.
• Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations and transportation optimization.
• Oversee daily customer shipment fulfillment with third-party logistics providers.
• Coordinate planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet order requirements.
• Develop and improve end-to-end supply chain policies and procedures.
