Job summary

• BS in Industrial engineering, Operations, Logistics or related discipline.
• 6+ years in Hardware Operations & Supply chain with at least 4 years of leadership experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with self-service BI reporting.
• Understanding of statistics, operations research and optimization of transportation networks.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to leaders, employees, and customers.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Flexible working hours to accommodate a global operations organization.
• Successful completion of background screening as part of the employment process.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including forecasting, material planning, warehousing, inventory, distribution, and customer services.
• Lead a team of operations specialists to execute responsibilities with guidance.
• Coordinate with planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet order requirements and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD) and MTTR; drive continuous improvements in process and performance.
• Liaise with suppliers and third-party logistics to optimize transportation and warehousing.
• Develop policies and procedures for end-to-end supply chain activities.
